Arlington, Va.-based Interstate Hotels & Resorts has engaged Laura Duran & Associates LLC to lead public relations for Lancaster’s new $177-million convention center / hotel, the Lancaster County Convention Center and Lancaster Marriott at Penn Square. The landmark facility is the result of a decade-long, public-private partnership effort and one of the most important economic development projects in the Central Pennsylvania region in decades.
LD&A will provide communications counsel, develop marketing communications and social media content, facilitate opening events, and manage local and national media relations promoting the facility.
