Lancaster, Pa.-based High Associates Ltd. recently was named 2011 Management Company of the Year by the Apartment Association of Central Pennsylvania (AACP). Its Bentley Ridge and Greenfield Estates apartment communities, both located in Lancaster, Pa., also received top honors in the organization’s 11th Annual Best of Living Awards.
Bentley Ridge was honored as a star performer for maintenance excellence and overall excellence, and Karen Edwards, marketing representative for Bentley Ridge, was honored for achieving 90 percent or higher leasing as well as achieving the Certified Apartment Manager Designation.
Greenfield Estates was honored as a star performer for curb appeal, marketing and leasing, and overall excellence.
High Associates has been participating in the award program for 11 years and has been honored each year, this year accepting the most prestigious award for Management Company of the Year. The award is given to the company that most impresses the judges in the areas of company mission, marketing, maintenance programs, customer service philosophy, community service involvement, web site, employee training, and educational commitment.
