David Jameson and Dan Foley
One aspect of PR that I just love is getting to work with and be inspired by some of the most exceptionally talented people in their respective industries. Here’s a snapshot from a recent lunch meeting in Alexandria, Virginia, with renowned architect David Jameson and HVAC industry leader Dan Foley, president of Foley Mechanical.
Jameson is known for his contemporary “habitable art” spaces for which, at age 43, he’s received more awards than any architect would hope to receive in an entire lifetime. Foley designs and installs the equally masterpiece radiant, hydronic, steam, and other mechanical systems required to provide the comfort layer of such significant structures, and he is sought out by the most discerning architects and owners.
Jameson and Foley are highly regarded masters in their respective areas of expertise, and in my observation both subscribe to the principle that anything worth doing is worth doing to the absolute best of our potential. Focus, urgency, utter confidence, passion, and complete accountability are some of the traits these two gentlemen share. It’s clients and partners such as these two individuals who make my work so gratifying.
