Laura Duran
Laura provides expertise in branding, traditional PR strategy and tactics, crisis communications, social business, social media, and inbound / content marketing. Her capabilities are built upon two decades of writing, public relations, and marketing communications experience.
Laura was recently recognized in the Huffington Post’s TwitterPowerhouses series and by Bitrebels.com as one of Twitter’s top 75 influential and inspiring women.
Prior to founding LD&A in 2003, Laura served with corporate and agency PR teams – as a communications leader and corporate spokesperson for GPU Nuclear and as an account manager at a top-ranked B2B marketing agency. She is a graduate of Elizabethtown College and Penn State University.
Laura serves on the governing board of the Essence of Humanity Award Program and her professional affiliations include the International Association of Business Communicators and Main Line Chamber of Commerce.
Jamie Karinch, Social Media Specialist
Jamie Karinch
Jamie provides social media training at an individual level for busy leaders, executives, and entrepreneurs who want to quickly get up to speed with key online communication platforms and tools such as Facebook and Twitter.
A junior at Temple University majoring in Public Health and Leadership, Jamie brings to her role exceptional communications and mentoring skills and a thorough understanding of social media tools and online culture.
A member of the National Society of Collegiate Scholars and secretary of Temple’s chapter of Eta Sigma Gamma (the National Health Education Honorary), Jamie also serves as a volunteer health educator for the first-of-its-kind Community Partnership School in the City of Philadelphia.
