Hi Laura & Elena,

I wanted to personally reach out and thank you for sharing your experience at Taj Palace on Susquehanna Style's Facebook page. What a wonderful inspiration for other children (and adults!) to eat adventurously! Seriously, you're more brave with your palate than a lot of grown ups I know. I love the ambition of your blog [www.FunDining.wordpress.com] with your goal to become a writer and that you're getting all of this great practice, because we all know how that saying goes!

Can't wait to continue reading - especially your experiences at more of the restaurants in our Ethnic Eats feature of cultural restaurants throughout the Susquehanna Valley! Feel free to keep sharing with us via Twitter and Facebook. . .

You can also check out my blog, Note to Self, for lots of recipes and other observations of ways to savor the good life - locally.

Happy eating, and writing!
All the best,
